Himalayan Hideaway is a resort nestled among the Himalyan foothills on the banks of Ganga River few kms away from Rishikesh (Uttaranchal, India) on the Badrinath Road. The picturesque Himalayan Hideaway is the ultimate setting fora tranquil getaway, far from the stress and strains of city life. It sprawled over an acre of magnificent mountainside,approx 150mtrs above the sacred river Ganga,the lodge melds into the lush countryside. Its nine comfortably furnished rooms are large, spacious and airy and offer breathtaking views of the splendid surroundings.
 

ACCOMMODATION
Himalayan Hideaway offers a serene setting while you relax in the country cottage feel of the spacious yet cozy rooms with the large bathrooms. The Lodge has 4 Ganga View and 4 Forest View rooms and 1 standalone room. All rooms have attached bathrooms with 24 hours hot and cold running water. All rooms have balcony sit-outs and provision for heating.

Dinning :- The dinning room at the Himalayan Hideaway is simple and cosy with a crackling fire place for the chilly winter evenings. A sunny patio over-looks the forest around. A place to have your drink before your meals or a cuppa coffee before turning in. The food prepared by Hideaway cook is delicious and wholesome. The puddings are mouth watering and the breads and biscuits are all home made and wholesome.

Activities :- You could try the outdoors for some thrilling kayaking and rafting adventures on the Ganga, with our sister concern the Himalayan River Runners. Our experts can take you on hikes and gentle walks in the surrounding hills or for some rock climbing on nearby challenging rock faces.
