Kerala is an exotic place located on the tropical Malabar
Coast of southwestern India. It is blessed with enormous
natural beauty. In the east is attached by Tamil Nadu and
northeast side is borders with and Karnataka; to its west and
south lie the Indian Ocean islands of Lakshadweep and the
Maldives, respectively. Kerala envelops Mahé, a coastal
exclave of the Union Territory of Pondicherry. Kerala is one
of four states that comprise the linguistic-cultural region
known as South India.

TAMIL NADU |

Tamil Nadu, is the most prominent state of
India. The capital, Madras is a cosmopolitan city and the
capital of the state. Tamil Nadu is a bastion of Hinduism,
whose past endures into the present. Temples with towering
spires called gopurams are a common feature of this state,
seldom seen anywhere else in the country.

Karnataka is a wonderful state located on
tableland, it is surrounded by Maharashtra and Goa in the
north, by the Arabian sea in the West; by Kerala and Tamil
Nadu in the south and by Andhra Pradesh in the east. It is
a green lushly state having a perfect cultural blend of
the north and the south of India. The modern state of
Karnataka came into existence with the passage of the
States Reorganisation Act (1956), with the incorporation
of districts under the dominion of Bombay, Hyderabad,
Madras state and Coorg within the existing state of Mysore
State. Karnataka is the 8th largest Indian state by area
and 9th largest by population.

ANDHRA PRADESH |

Andhra Pradesh is located in the
south-eastern India and is part of the linguistic-cultural
region of South India. It is surrounded by Maharashtra,
Chhattisgarh and Orissa in the north, the Bay of Bengal in
the East, Tamil Nadu to the south and Karnataka to the
west. Andhra Pradesh is the fifth largest state in India
and it forms the major link between the north and the
south of India. It is the biggest and most populous state
in the south of India. It is considered the rice bowl of
India. The state is crisscrossed by two major rivers, the
Godavari and Krishna. Muslim rule paved the way for Urdu
as well, but the main language of communication remains
Telugu. Andhra Pradesh sometimes appears as a dry area,
both that does not have to offer that many sights for
travellers.
